Department Of Science Education
| Professor Bello Ganiyu, is a lecturer in the Department of Science Education, University of Ilorin, Nigeria. His research interests are in the areas of constructivism with special focus on biology teaching, teachers’ and students’ misconceptions and alternative conceptions in biology; biology textbook research and the integration of modern digital Information and Communication Technology into Biology Education. He is a member of the Science Association of Nigeria (SAN), Science Teachers Association of Nigeria (STAN), Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) and Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Administration of Nigeria (FCAI). |
In addition to being a former chairman of the Kwara State Chess Association, he has held positions as a chief lecturer, and director at the Kwara State College of Education in Ilorin, as well as acting director of the Centre for Supportive Services to the Deaf and acting head of the department of science education at the University of Ilorin(present and past) research interest, milestones.
